order will be sent by Royal Mail or our assigned courier once payment has been
processed and within 5-7
working days.
The courier delivers between
9am-5pm
Monday – Friday. Please ensure
there will be someone to accept the consignment at your chosen address.

will attempt to deliver twice at one address. If they have been unable to
deliver the goods will be sent back to us.
For re-delivery you will be liable to pay for the delivery charge again.
Our delivery charges
are calculated prior to completing the customer details page at the checkout
and prior to confirming placement of order. There are no hidden charges and our
policy is to achieve the lowest possible delivery cost for our customers.
Therefore, delivery charge is per order and not per
item.
We constantly review
our delivery charges to ensure that you receive a reliable and cost effective

infestation or mould) arising from incorrect storage by the Customer. Please
