You will need : |
|
Punjabi Puri, boiled chickpeas, boiled potato cubes, Chaat Masala, plain natural yoghurt (add some milk and whisk until smooth and running), Imli Chutney, Delhi's Green Chutney, coriander for garnish |

Method : |
|
Place seven or eight pieces of Punjabi Puri in the centre of a bowl or plate. Add two table spoons of boiled chickpeas and one tablespoon of boiled potato cubes. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of Chaat Masala. Pour approximately 15-20ml of yoghurt and then 10-15ml of Imli Chutney over the whole dish. Garnish with fresh coriander and Delhiās Green Chutney. Serve immediately. |

Try to build up the Chaat into a triangular shape for aesthetic appeal. |
