LAMB CUTLETS FILLED IN PITTAS |

Delhi’s answer to the burger – great for lunch, dinner, a quick snack or at barbeques! Can be served warm or cold.
Allow for two cutlets per person |

You will need : |
|
100g double minced lamb per cutlet,
Kebab Masala by Chaat House,
Fresh coriander,
Imli Chutney by Chaat House,
Delhi’s Green Chutney by Chaat House,
Pitta bread
|

Method : |
|
Separate minced lamb into balls of 100g.
Add two teaspoons of Kebab Masala per 100g of minced lamb.
Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander into the mix.
Mix all ingredients well.
Put ball in center of your palm and gently flatten into cutlet shapes.
Grill for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. |
